Mission Statement

The mission of O&G is to provide excellent service to our clients, while also serving our profession and our society.

Service to the Clients

We aim to provide excellent service to every client all the time. We want to have – and deserve – the reputation for being the best firm in our field in the state, if not the country.

Satisfied clients refer their relatives, friends, and colleagues to us. In addition, many of our clients are referred to us by other lawyers, particularly other employment lawyers; those lawyers’ view of our firm comes not only from their experiences with us but also from the feedback they get from clients previously referred to us.

Service to the Profession

We participate in bar associations to help advance the profession, especially in activities relating to our areas of practice. Such service is personally and professionally satisfying, especially when we are able to help not only our clients but others as well.

Service to the Society

Employment lawyers are the primary enforcers of many anti-discrimination statutes and other laws that protect employees. Through our law practice and our professional activities, we work to advance individual and civil rights. We represent employees because we prefer to help individuals with their personal problems and to represent them against the greater resources of employers and others.

Firm Credo

Our credo is "Excellence and Integrity Above All Else." Our credo calls for us to strive for Excellence in everything we do and to conduct ourselves with Integrity at all times. We adopt and endorse the Client’s Bill of Rights promulgated by the New York State Courts.
