DELYANNE D. BARROS is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP. Ms. Barros is Co-Chair of the firm's Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Practice Group and Chair of the O&G's Public Interest Award which yearly honors a non-profit organization with a $10,000 grant for its work advocating for workers’ rights.
Ms. Barros is also the Co-Chair of the NELA/NY New Lawyers Committee and a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York City Bar Association, the National Hispanic Bar Association, and the Puerto Rican Bar Association. Ms. Barros regularly lectures to non-profit organizations regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. She has published legal articles addressing teen sexual harassment, workplace romance, and love contracts. Ms. Barros is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Ms. Barros received her B.S., magna cum laude, in psychology from Barry University in 2005 and her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in 2008, where she was a member of the moot court team that placed second for Best Brief in the National Moot Court competition and served as the public relations liaison for the Public Interest Law Scholarship Organization. During law school, Ms. Barros worked on employment matters at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lisa Margaret Smith, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Barros is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
Ms. Barros is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and the District Court for the Southern District of New York.
