Appellate Co-counsel

An appeal is a critical, but potentially hazardous, stage in a case: a 2009 study published in the Harvard Law and Policy Review revealed a 30 to 40% reversal rate in federal court in favor of employers who appeal a successful plaintiff's judgment.
