The heat on hotelier Eric Goode got turned up a notch as a class-action lawsuit claiming he stiffed B Bar & Grill employees out of overtime spread to his other restaurants.
Gemma at the Bowery Hotel and La Bottega and Matsuri at the Maritime Hotel are now included in the federal lawsuit, amended yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court. Employees claim the hot spots cheated them out of overtime and minimum wages.
