Anna Thea Bridge is the Chief Operating Officer of Outten & Golden LLP, responsible for managing firmwide operations and serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the firm’s Executive Committee.
Ms. Bridge has extensive legal and law-firm-management experience, having served previously as Chief Operating Officer at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP and as Director of Professional Development at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Before joining Kramer Levin, Anna worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP for more than a decade—first as a practicing litigator and then in business development and professional development roles—and clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She received her J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she was the Senior Managing Editor of The George Washington Law Review, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received M.A. and B.A. degrees in Folklore & Folklife. She is a certified coach, maintains her admission to practice law in New York, and dedicates time to a number of boards and community organizations.
