COURTNEY HINKLE is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Hinkle clerked for the Honorable James P. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Ms. Hinkle received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Sewanee: University of the South in 2012, and her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021, where she served as the Online Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. During law school, Ms. Hinkle served as a Student Attorney at the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, where she litigated public interest appeals in the federal courts of appeals. She also completed internships with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Public Justice, and the Urban Institute.
