EMMA JANGER is an associate at Outten & Golden, and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ms. Janger clerked for the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham on the Fifth Circuit Court of appeals and was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Ms. Janger earned her B.A. from Yale University in 2015. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2020, where she served as Executive Policy Editor for the Harvard Law and Policy Review and President of the Alliance for Reproductive Justice. During law school, Ms. Janger participated in Harvard’s employment law clinic, health law and policy clinic, and worked at the Health Care Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s office. While in law school, Ms. Janger co-founded, and served as Board Chair of, the People’s Parity Project, a nationwide network of law students and attorneys organzing to build a justice system that values people over profits. Prior to law school, Ms. Janger was the Development Assistant at the National Institute for Reproductive Health.
