LAUREN S. DINER is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, based in New York, and a member of the firm’s Individual Practice Group. She represents employees, partners, and consultants in the negotiation and drafting of various employment-related agreements.
Ms. Diner joined the firm in 2024, from A&O Shearman (then, Allen & Overy LLP), where she was an associate in the Employment and Benefits practice group for three years. She earned her B.A. from Montclair State University in 2016, her M.A. from New York University in 2017, and her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2020. During law school, Ms. Diner was a member of the Criminal Law and Criminology Journal. She also worked in the International Human Rights Clinic, where she researched human rights violations against young women in Central and South American countries and drafted input to an amicus brief submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Committee.
